Christmas Delivery

Last postage dates are as follows:

2nd class: 10th December 2021

1st class: 17th December 2021

At present, Royal Mail are experiencing delays due to staffing shortages, so the Christmas cut off may seem fairly early but we feel this is a necessary precaution. We'd advise upgrading to 1st class wherever possible.

Orders can still be placed up until Wednesday 22nd December and will be dispatched ASAP in order to hopefully arrive in time for Christmas.

Whilst the website will remain open for orders, no packages will be shipped between Thursday 23rd December 2021 and w/c Monday 3rd January 2022.

UK Delivery

We aim to post all orders out within 2-5 working days.

All UK orders are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class standard, unless selected otherwise at checkout.

There is an option at checkout to upgrade the Royal Mail service to 1st Class as well as adding a Signed For option. Special Next Day Delivery is also available on special request - please contact us if you need to use this postage option.

The Special Delivery option does not include guaranteed Saturday delivery (although Saturday delivery is possible if your postie has time!). It will most likely be next day dispatch, so please contact us if you need same day dispatch. If you need guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, please get in touch to arrange.

International Shipping

Due to complications caused by Brexit, we are no longer able to offer EU shipping as a standard option. This includes posting to Republic of Ireland. This is possible upon request as there is additional information to be discussed including making customers aware of duty and customs fees that may be incurred.

Outside of the EU international orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard which usually takes 7-10 days to arrive in countries within Europe. Orders outside of Europe may take 2-4 weeks to arrive (not including any delay by customs).

• UK 2nd Class Standard: £1.50 up to £30.
• UK 1st Class Standard: £1.85
• Free for orders £30 and over (2nd Class).
• UK Signed For: £3.25 2nd Class / £3.75 1st Class
• UK Special Delivery: £8.25+
• Europe: £3.95 up to £30. £5.25 for orders over £30.
• Worldwide: £5
